Now that the majority of the anger has passed...
Friday was very hard for people the world over, most especially France and her people. It disgusts me to think there are people in this world of any religion who think doing something so evil is even an option. I do believe harsh actions against such people would deter future action but I'm also of the mind of routing out such evil and destroying it. If only our President was likely to back the French President in such endeavors. I also hope many Middle Eastern countries which claim they do not support such actions are willing to stand with France fight these evil individuals.

What appalls me is the opportunity some take to say supporting the people of France means you are a White Supremacist. I don't even care if every person killed was white (I doubt that was the case). 1 person murdered is 1 person too many and as fellow humans of any race we should stand by those and support the victims and their families.

Now, not only will I pray for the friends and families of the victims but I will pray that ISIS is wiped off the face of this planet. And no matter your religion, it is something the world should be moving towards. There is no room in this world for those willing to attack friends, families, neighbors and countries out of nothing but hatred (difference of religion and beliefs should be dealt with by discussion and coming to the agreement you will simply not agree). However, there is room for gaining peace by defeating ones foes and I for one hope that the countries of this world finally make a stand and say enough is enough.

People keep saying we need to prevent the refugees from coming in or they say just the men should be refused. Well it is possible you have terrorists coming in under such a guise and yet I'm inclined not to believe them all bad. My own great-grandfather was a refugee who was welcomed into Russia and then the US where he lead a good and respectable life, always being thankful he got away from the horrors of his homeland. These refugees should have that chance. I do think they should be cautious of those entering their country as there are always those with evil in their hearts.

May God Bless and Keep France safe and destroy those who do evil.

The thing is I think the world is actively seeking them out, but it's not an easy job to find them, especially those who are not even on the radar. And I'd like to say they'd be short lived, but I think it will be very hard to kill off every single last one of them.

Of course. But it's understandable to be afraid and not speak out - especially at the moment when identifying yourself as Muslim is going to bring a world of hate to your door.

Here is the article - as I warned before, heavy going, but worth a read. Hopefully the powers that be are aware of this and planning accordingly - http://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2015/03/what-isis-really-wants/384980/

I have to say I'm not at all surprised by that article. I already knew most of that as what they says is true. That is what the Koran teaches though modern Muslims say they don't believe it or it has been removed from the Koran. But it was in there.

I try not to be too biased but I've always believed that the Koran taught Muslims that they should essentially remove the infidels by any means which has been their pattern in years past.

The Ottoman Empire they speak of as not truly being of Islamic Beliefs (for not fulfilling the dictates of Islam that was set forth by the Prophet) is the empire which massacred Christians in Turkey and Armenian in the early part of the 20th century. That is the empire from which my great-grandparents fled. These horrors are what my great-grandparents fled from so having read some of their accounts of things going on... not surprised at all. Though you can add brutal raping of non-believing women and the desecration of non-believing graves and bodies.

And as stated in this article they even state Mohammad first conquered as a Prophet and was brutal about it.

I have never believed this religion is a peaceful and loving religion. I do believe some who follow it are. They don't believe what was originally the basis of this religion and I can respect that even if I wonder why they believe in a religion they have to change to accept.

I don't believe killing them off is do-able but I believe the world over has to be more cautious of this religion because now saying you are Muslim could mean you are modern or of the Islamic State.

The thing is those modern Muslims who don't believe all this stuff need to do something to separate themselves and condemn those who believe such evil things. Because now being called a Muslim does bring hate and fear to your door... and yet throughout history they have been a constant source of all the Islamic State mentions as law.

I for one would call my religion by a new name should I not believe what they are claiming. Somehow I doubt the modern Muslims will be the ones to define this religion.
