Trailer: Jurassic World (OMG!)

I loved the first movie and liked the third but this is insane! Why are they still making these movies. And why would anyone think it is a good idea to make a hybrid/super dinosaur???!

Yeah, I'll probably go see it. But just wow.

Well at least they got rid of the old cast. Including several generations of kid actors. I don't know. It the same story with different window dressing. But it's still the same. Probably with a window ending. For yet another sequel. Oh....keep the raptors. They're hot.

Yes. I'm glad the cast is different in this one and I actually like this new cast though I loved Sam Neill and Laura Dern.

Maybe it will be good and maybe it won't.

Another? I think this sequel thing has really gone too far. The first one was a cool idea, if a little tacky in the delivery (the actors were horrible, all of them), but enough is enough.

I kind of felt the same way about Pirates of the Caribbean. The first movie was super fun but it really went downhill after that.

I loved Sam Neill and Laura Dern and I liked the movie but they didn't ever need to make a sequel.

OMG! POC1 was great and then they made the second and I thought... oh good... and then I watched it. They should have stopped with the first one too. Those were just terrible sequels.

There are very few blockbusters that should have sequels. A very few have done a good job with a second and third, but most of them should have quit at one, but of course movie companies are in it to make money and they will if they keep churning movies out, even if they're crappy. It's us viewers that need to stop GOING to the theatres and paying them so they won't make anymore I think ... Most movies I wait to watch on Netflix, any that I really want to see I will rent because it's still cheaper to pay $5 or $6 to rent a movie than at least $20 to go to a theatre (and that's for only two of us - I can't afford for 5 of us to go). There must be people with a lot of disposable income who help the movie industry just keep churning those bad movies out. *lol*

I wish some would stop going to see sequels and let the stories die as they should. And you are right, it is all about money to the studios so they don't even care if the movie is good.

For a lot of movies, I rent (usually for free). There are some of the blockbusters I go too but then I often get in for free too because we get tickets for giving blood.
