I know. I'm super excited for all of those!

I just watched the SPN trailer even though I haven't seen the last 3 or 4 seasons I think. What happened to it?! That looks like pure comedy?! :o
Jill aka Josireesanwar on October 2nd, 2014 09:33 pm (UTC)
It isn't though. In fact, I'd say most of the time it is too serious. I like they have their inner jokes and sometimes they don't take themselves too seriously but sometimes, it is just dark.

hmm, very misleading then :D I will catch up at some point, I think. Maybe *g*

I think the only one of these shows I watch is Arrow, but boy does it look like it's going to get good! Particularly since Felicity is going to be in the new show The Flash as well. Methinks love triangle perhaps? :)

I might consider watching Gracepoint but it's actually an American redo of a British show called Broadchurch, which was really good. I don't know that I need to see the story again since I know the ending, but David Tennant is in the American version too and I love him so I might watch just for him. :)

Me hopes so! I love Felicity and I'm intrigued by this whole relationship thing going on in this promo.

I knew that about Broadchurch vs Gracepoint but when the actor moved from the British to the American I thought it might be worth a view. I figured a lot of people here at LJ would watch Gracepoint for David Tennant.

Me too!

I'll probably watch the first few just to see, but if it's mainly the same then I might not continue. Life gets busy next week with Arrow and The Flash beginning ... funny how almost everything I watch is on on Monday and Tuesday nights, what with Arrow, Flash, POI, SHIELD, Gotham .... so far I've only watched one episode of Gotham and wasn't impressed but I hear this week's episode is better. I'll be watching tonight.

I think I've seen two episodes of Gotham and wasn't that impressed but I tend to give shows more time than just a couple episodes because far too many shows take more episodes to really get started.

Having said that... I've never been super entralled by any Batman-esque movie or show so I can't see myself sticking it out. Maybe... but probably not. But then I can always eat my words.

I've seen 3 episodes of Gotham and am still not impressed. I know it takes shows a while to find their legs sometimes (Agents of Shield was one for me - I wasn't impressed for about half the first season), but I have to like at least one of the characters and care what happens to them. All of the characters on Gotham are extremely overly stereotyped and very unlikable and so I don't know if I want to continue with it. I"m not overly fond of Batman or that universe myself either.

With you totally. Just watched the third episode this weekend and I'm so over it. I'm trying to give it a chance but when I have Arrow to compare it to... no way. I'm seriously considering cutting it.
