Writer's Block: Oh Journal, Where Art Thou?
What subject do you wish there was a LiveJournal community for, but you haven't been able to find one about it yet? (Readers, feel free to point someone in the right direction if you know where to find what they're looking for.)

I rather wish there was a GCB community because I've been looking for icons and other LJ art but have yet to really find much.

I haven't seen the show. I gather you're enjoying it?

I'd like to see Nora Roberts book stuff. I've searched for her In Death series as J D Robb but there's nothing on LJ. I've heard she doesn't like fanfic written about her characters so I suppose that makes sense.

I do. It is a pretty funny show. I didn't think I would because it really does mock Christians at times but then their are Christians like that.

That would be interesting. I have to read those. They are on my list. I think I might be able to start borrowing books from the capitals library (Sacramento). We'll see.

I hate when people don't like fan fiction. It is so fun. I wonder if their are secret groups?

I don't understand it. You'd think authors would be flattered that people like their characters enough to want to keep them alive even after the story is done.

The In Death novels are really good. I thoroughly enjoyed them though I can see how they wouldn't appeal to everyone. The beginning is pretty rocky and the characters are difficult and I found, not entirely easy to like, at first but they really grow on you as they grow and mature in their relationships. Give it a try and see what you think,

Exactly! Frankly, if I'm ever as skilled or brave like you to write a book... I'd hope that their were fans that wanted to write a fiction.

I'm going too... I promise!

TV Show. It supposed to stand for Great Christian Bitches. I didn't think I'd like it but it is hilarious (but then Kristin Chenoweth is on it) and it is just great. I mean being a Christian myself, I don't agree with some of the mocking and yet other times I can't help but see the behavior as something some Christians will totally exhibit. Besides that... it is HILARIOUS! You should try an episode. Episode 1 got me hooked.

Sounds good. Sadly, I think it is dying.
