Hot Taco Dip  
Hot Taco Dip
Great for a Halloween Party!
2 cups Sour Cream
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded four cheese Mexican Blend
1 pkg. French’s Taco Seasoning Mix (or your favorite Taco Seasoning)
1 can (4.5oz.) sliced black olives, drained
1 can 14.5oz. diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles, drained
1/2 cup chopped green peppers, optional
Tortilla Chips

Yes, I realize it isn't Tuesday but I had no time yesterday because I had to leave early to take Britt to Stockton for therapy. So tired.

LOL Believe me you force me to do nothing. You share great recipes and I LOVE Mexican food, just yeah hate too that I can't always get the ingredients :( But maybe I can find adequate substitutes or even try and see if I can find somewhere online...There's a thought! OOY!

I just don't know if I'm being pushy at times. I just like being helpful and it stinks that you can't get stuff for these recipes. I take being in the US for granted.

Substitutes is always something I opt for in certain dishes. My best friend says it makes me so domestic but I just like thinking out of the box at times.

I hope you can find something. I'm thinking of making this and breadsticks for our Halloween night.
