Hawaiian Marinade for Chicken


Ingredients

½ c. white wine or white wine vinegar

1 c. prune juice

1 tsp. grated orange rind

3 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. grated lemon rind

1 tsp. salt

⅛ tsp. pepper

1 cut up chicken or parts

Directions

1.    Heat all ingredients, except chicken, to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool. Pour over chicken and refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours.

2.    Broil 5 inches from heat for 15 - 20 minutes on each side. Brush occasionally with marinade
 

Or bake at 325° for 1¼ hour. Brush occasionally with marinade.
